Q&A with incoming president

Sue LeBeau brings decades of experience and a deep commitment to nursing leadership to her new role as RNAO’s 59th president. From her early involvement as a student representative, to serving as an RNAO board member, LeBeau has always championed member voices and collaborative decision-making. Drawing on her background as a rural hospital CEO and her Franco-Ontarian roots, LeBeau says she wants to prioritize listening, engagement and evidence-based advocacy to further empower RNAO members across diverse communities.
